The Fine Print

Payment

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required upon agreement to use the services of Tea Cup Events.

The balance is required two (2) weeks prior to your event day.

Cancellations

If the wedding or Tea Cup Events' services are cancelled within one (1) month of your event day, the total invoice will be payable on cancellation.

If the wedding or Tea Cup Events' services are cancelled between one (1) month and three (3) months prior to your event day, 80% of the total invoice will be payable on cancellation.

If the wedding or Tea Cup Events' services are cancelled more than three (3) months prior to your event day, 50% of the total invoice will be payable on cancellation.

For exceptional circumstances, cancellation fees will be assessed on a per case basis at the discretion of Tea Cup Events.

Tea Cup Events (TCE) is committed to protecting the personal information of individuals. TCE will not make an attempt to identify users or their browsing activities except where required by or under law.

Your email address will only be recorded if you send us a message via email. The email address will only be used for the purpose for which it was provided.

TCE does not provide any personal information provided by you to any third parties without your consent, except where we are legally compelled to do so.
