To ensure you remain calm and relaxed and experience your event as if you are a guest, Tea Cup Events offers a variety of coordination packages. Having your event planner attending all or part of your special day will ensure the day runs smoothly, eliminate your stress and minimise the hassle, to allow you to enjoy every moment.
Quarter Day – 3 hours – managing ceremony or reception set up
Half Day – 5 hours – managing ceremony & reception set up
Full Day – 10 hours – managing ceremony & reception set up, attend rehearsal, coordinating timing during the event.
From setting up elements of the ceremony and reception to ensuring your suppliers arrive on time with the flowers and cake, Tea Cup Events offers you the flexibility of utilising your event planner on the day in your chosen capacity to suit you and your budget.
