Tea Cup Events was established to assist busy couples with the organisation of their special day, and to make it a truly memorable and pleasant experience. From conception and design to planning and coordination, we eliminate the stress and minimise the hassle, in order for you to enjoy every moment leading up to and on your wedding day.

Based in Bowral, part of the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW, Tea Cup Events gives you the opportunity to customise your event planner to suit your individual needs. This enables you to use an event planner for the selected tasks that you require assistance with, and not have to employ someone to do it all. We understand that a wedding or event is already a costly exercise, so we provide flexibility and give you the opportunity to utilise your event planner in your chosen capacity.

When customising your event planner you may just need help in a consultative capacity with conceptualising your event and getting started, or you may choose to employ Tea Cup Events in a more hands on planning and coordination role to accompany you on venue visits and liaise directly with suppliers. You may also decide to have Tea Cup Events produce all of your stationery with beautiful handmade invitations, menus and thank you cards. Or you may just need an event planner to ensure you haven’t forgotten any elements towards the end of your own event planning and organisation. Our aim is for you to be calm and relaxed on your big day and love every moment - enjoy the beautiful food, drink your selected wines, and dance to the amazing live band or DJ, without having to worry about a single element.

Whilst Tea Cup Events predominantly specialises in the planning and coordination of Southern Highlands weddings, we can also assist in any other event from private parties and baby showers to corporate events.
